A four year old boy was abandoned by his mother on the Capital Beltway in D.C. Apparently she got angry at the child and pushed him out of the car and left him there. That’s not even the worst of it though. The kid tried to get back in the car and she hit him with it. He’s ok and she’s been arrested, but someone should just shoot her in the head and take one more piece of trash off the earth.
