One for your coffee and one for spices and such. I mean, cumin seeds (bought in the cello packs you can usually find in the Mexican spices rack well apart from the bottled spices in most grocery stores in our neck o' the woods) ground fresh in a spice grinder (reserved-for-spices coffee grinder) are MUCH more tasty than the pre-ground junk. And until you've ground your cinamon fresh from sticks, you've probably not really tasted cinamon. That said, have you tried the "Hawaiian Blend" whole bean coffees at Sam's? Much better than Folgers, IMO, and approaching some of the better pre-packaged coffees. Approaching. I've had to tone down my coffee expenditures somewhat cos we ARE in America's Third World County, ya know. But the mail order Gevalia ain't half bad.
