If you’re an Idol watcher, then you know that Taylor Hicks won. I didn’t really care if it was him or Catherine McPhee, because my top three picks got voted off before the finale. (Elliot Yamin, Chris Daughtry, and Paris whats-her-name) . I was never rooting for either Taylor or Catherine. Taylor reminded me a bit of a retard, and Catherine was just another pretty-girl-great-singer, which we have enough of. So who won tonight made no difference to me.
I did enjoy the suprise Prince performance.
What really made my jaw drop in awe was Clay Aiken’s surprise performance. Not the good kind of awe. The kind of awe that you have when you see a horribly sickening car accident but you just can’t pull your eyes away. More on that when new pictures of him become available online.
I laughed at the Clay thing too. I though the two of them were going to end up humpin’ each other at any moment.
I liked Cris and Taylor, but Chris was better than them all IMO.
I don’t watch the middle part of the show much. Just like the auditions and final couple of weeks.
Yeah, I agree. Chris rocked. It was great to see the performance with Live tonight.
Mac, what was so bad about Clay was that he looked like a wax dummy with all that stuff on his face. But I gotta wait on a pic of that to show up online somewhere to talk more about that.
And about Chris, is he insane to just THINK about this offer to join FUEL? Come onnnn that’s his kind of music, they’re famous, it will make him more famous than most other Idol contestants and winners. He has to think about it???
He probably did accept it Mel, it’s just American Idiot Owns him till the touring is finished. I imagine he’s not saying anything just so he doesn’t get into any legal trouble.
Ok, first, I have never watched American Idol EVER, and get everything I know about it from the radio show I listen to in the morning and co-workers. That said, the Two Guys Named Chris Show was talking about the Clay thing this morning, and they had me rolling. Then I lost reception (’cause my antenna is all jacked up) and I switched to another station, and they did a bit on the Clay appearance and had me rolling again!
Oh you just wait til I find a pic of it DL, you’ll see what all the laughter is about.
