I'm the one people call in to help out for awhile all the time till thingfs get back on track. I remember having to pull up roots and move to another city for 6 months to help with opining up a new restaurant because the person who was hired thought it was to hard. My current job is just like you explained it. If you don't give it the chance, and get freaked out by the wealth of info, you're missing out, but if you giveit a couple of Months, you'll get to the point of, "Heh, this is a sinch!" But the truth of the matter Mel, if sombody doesn't want to put in the time, that just means they're there for the paycheck, and not the career.
